Shelf life evaluation & testing - $200/month; $50/week
Determination of the product storage quality- an observational estimate only. No real-time shelf life analysis is conducted
Look at 3-5 samples ($10 per sample for a week)
Ph testing- $150 per item ($15/sample- use average of 10)
Yeast/mold test- $25
Water activity (aw)- $100 per item ($10 per sample- use average of 10)
