  1. Nutrition analysis (per serving or per 100 grams) -$300

    • A detailed report including all required information for a nutrition facts panel (unless otherwise specified). The nutrition analysis per 100 grams.

    • Add-ons:

      • Minor changes to products already completed- $50

  2. Laboratory analysis $600

  3. Enhanced analysis $750 (includes combination of laboratory analysis and database analysis- if any ingredients need to be sent out to create the final product label)

  4. Nutrition labeling package (includes all of the following)- $500

    • FDA compliant nutrition facts panel (ready to cut and paste)

    • Serving size (based on RACC)

    • Servings per container

    • Ingredient statement

    • Allergen statement

    • Nutrient health content claims (if applicable)

      Add-on to package deal:

      • Each additional similar product -$100

      • Additional servings and package sizes of the same product -$50

      • Minor changes to an already completed product -$50

      • Additional processing charge for specialty ingredients (one time charge per ingredient) +$10

      • FDA compliance review of existing product - $50

  3. Ingredient statement and allergen declaration -$100

    • Additional similar products- $30

    • Minor changes to an already completed product- $25

    • Additional processing charge for specialty and multi-component ingredients +$10 (one time per ingredient)

  4. Nutrient/health content claims - $100

    • Nutrition analysis and review for any approved nutrient content claims, and other product attribute claims to help market your product. Examples include: fat free, low sodium, no sugar added, etc.

  5. Specialty labels- $300

Additional services

  1. Shelf life evaluation & testing - $200/month; $50/week

    • Determination of the product storage quality- an observational estimate only. No real-time shelf life analysis is conducted

    • Look at 3-5 samples ($10 per sample for a week)

  2. Ph testing- $150 per item ($15/sample- use average of 10)

  3. Yeast/mold test- $25

  4. Water activity (aw)- $100 per item ($10 per sample- use average of 10)

  5. Food safety Program and HARPC (HACCP) reports- custom quote. Please contact for more information

  6. Product specification sell sheets - $100/item

  7. Restaurant menu analysis - $500 per menu item

    • Processing charge for specialty ingredients (eg. Unique custom sauce, bread produced at the establishment, etc) - +$100

    • Additional charge for items requiring lab analysis- +$200

    • Future minor changes to menu items already completed +$100

Professional consultation - $250/hr
